How to Configure Kiosk Management

For managers who configure a location in Backoffice and staff who verify the changes on the kiosk POS.

Purpose

Use KIOSK Management to control the kiosk's branding, order types, loyalty, banners, welcome screen, tips, upsells, receipts, inactivity timeout, and payment methods for a selected location.

Mandatory: After saving kiosk changes in Backoffice, fully close and restart the SalsaPOS application on every affected kiosk. The kiosk does not load the new configuration until the application restarts.

Expected Result

After SalsaPOS restarts, the selected kiosk location uses the saved branding and welcome content, offers only the enabled order types and payments, applies the configured tips and receipt choices, shows eligible loyalty, banner, and upsell features, and resets after the configured inactivity timeout.
